TEEES

- a guide to short sleeves

Limited Teees

By now our loyal readership knows how we feel about patterns printed on nice cotton. We have therefore gone ahead and let The guys over at Octopus Ink print our first ever run of custom tees in a really, really limited amount…
Crossbone Toys
These are now available for purchase in sizes: girly small, small, medium and large on 100% soft cotton American Apparel shirts. For the time being just leave a comment in our “shop” stating the size and quantity you want, and be sure to use a valid email address. You will then receive a PayPal invoice with instructions on how to pay. More product images to follow.

August is Awesome at Oddica

Oddica
Over at Oddica they are doing a lot of cool stuff this August. They are rolling out shirts on the discount ($20, 2 for $32, 3+ $14 each), they have printed some great new designs and they are doing a friendly coupon code. It works like this: You write inn the coupon code “tell”, Oddica gives you a handsome $7 off your order as long as you tell a friend about their existence. “Preachin’ for pay-off” you could say. And hey, be sure to check out that funky monkey, and remember this is only good in August.

Poll Roll

Poll ResultsThe results for the last poll should be visible to your right. In this next one we ask you about your colour combination preferences. Do you like them vivid, pale, dark og funkey?

[Teeeser Alert] Furthermore I can tell you this much: We are in contact with a printshop to run a very, very limited batch of custom tees on AA, which we will make available right here. More to come.

Oddica updates

Oddica
Within the next ten days or so Oddica is about to update their collection with a new range of designs. There are a lot of nice pieces there, so it is worth your while to have a look.

More at LaFraise

LaFraise
The highly saturated likes of LaFraise are still pushing out new shirts. Here are some of the latest. I could go for the “red cops”, and there are ceveral other nice new pieces up there too. Everything is a bit safe and Threadlessy, but nicer I think. All is professionally printed ont American Apparel.

Airside

Airside
On the shop page of the magnificent british designs studio Airside there are a handful of nicely ilustrated t-shirts to be had. The imagery is solid vectory, and there are a couple there I do like.

These start at £4.99 and shipping is £ 4.00 UK/ £ 5.00 EU/ £ 8.50 WRLD

Summer Sale: Crowded Teeth

Don’t miss out on this chance to get some awsome threads on the cheap as Crowded Teeth are having a summer sale to work up funds for their upcoming fall/winter collection.
Crowded Teeth
A good portion of their designs are now cut by 38%, retailing at a mere $15 a tee. The shirt base is American Apparel, and there are pieces out there for both guys and girls. Among my personal favorites are the various pattern prints. I actually ordered the Teru Teru Bozu hoodie even though it is only available in women’s large, hoping it will pass as a guy’s small. I hope it works out.

Lucha Workshop

Lucha Workshop
I’ve allways liked shirts with that extra hand made feel. This is why I draw yor attention to Teees sponsor Lucha Workshop. They have the most wonderful little collection of hand printed designs on American Apparel shirts, made to order. The designs are really sketchbook like in apperance, and have a strange feel of some movie I might have seen. The tee collection gives me associations to silver screen names like Fritz Lang, Jim Jarmusch and Tim Burton. Just look at the noir-like “detective” design, or the “thirty” shirt which I just love.

As I said… Tees are of AA stock, they retail at about $18–$20, and USPS shipping of your choice (int’l $10). Lucha also pushes out some killer bags and purses, so don’t miss out.

Hands on: Oddica

With their online store opening today, what could be better than a hands on review? We just got some stuff from Oddica in the mail.
Oddica
First off, I just have to say that these guys have set up a totally quality deal here. The tee was bundled in this really nice custom sealed plastic ziplock envelope, which was almost too nice to pop open. Bundled with the awsome Vader /Storm Trooper ping pong design was a bunch of postcards, a nice artist card and a square badge of the design.

Big Fluff

Big FLuff
The artsy hand printed shirts over at Big Fluff are really something to take a look at. Tee stock is ringspun and form Turkey and the USA. I have to say, I do love the “flies” print, and the “pick ‘n’ match” print looks really cool, too. I love the “nag nag nag” design too, but I think it looks best on a sweater really.

Tees run £ 29, while sweaters are a bit more.
