TEEES

- a guide to short sleeves

Angry Sale

Angry Retail
I just salvaged an email out of my spam bin this morning stating that Angry Retail are having a massive clear-out. Tees are 5€ a pop, and other items are also ridiculously inexpensive. I went ahead and punched through an order at once. I’ve shopped at Angry before, and they are some of the most accommodating guys out there, so there is no need to hesitate.

Threadless Sale

Threadless $10 Sale
The big brothers of printed community tees over at Threadless are having one of their signature sales once again, so head over if you want to grab some cheap threads for the summer season. Not all of these are of the highest quality, but I just this nice one from the Threadless Select series which are printed on AA stock, so It should be good. It set me back US$20, which isn’t that bad, still their common stock is a mere US$10 a pick.

News at Disturbia

Disturbia
The shirts from Gateshead UK label Disturbia Clothing are some of my favorite through time. They are printed on AA stock and are hot and sweet. Evolving through punk rock to more pop art cartoonish prints their new line is none less than bitchin’ sweet.

Their shirts roll out at about £20, and be sure to check out what is on sale too. They have sizings for both males and females.

Pestol Packin’

These seem to be largely printed on AA, and did I say I am pleased to see such nice designs from so close to home?
Pestol
I have seen other Danish t-shirt labels out there before, but it has been a while since one has surfaced. The shirts from Pestol are willingly playful and have a nice comic book feel to them. The smoking new Hektor “Feelin’ Foggy” design is just awesome, and I love the “Hvad Jeg Er Lavet Af” (translates into “From What I Am Made”) tee. These buggers roll out for 39€, but there are other shirts in the mix from 16€ too.

Chanoir at DDWN

Dadawan
Dadawan has gone and stocked up with new designs from Chanoir. A lot of these are good digs, and there are tees, hoodies, vests and sweaters to be had. A lot of niceness to be had, tees starting at 34€.

Still Going Ape

Go Ape Shirts
Smallish newcomer label Go Ape Shirts are really getting settled. They have just rolled out three new shirts, and their website is looking rather sharp. I think the “Pillow Fight Club” bit is fun, but sorta goofy and the “Amsterdam by Night” shirt by MAKI Ontwerp en Illustratie is looking fresh. The pick of this litter though is by far Olly Moss’ “Evolver” design based on the superior Beatles album Revolver. This is one of these designs that only comes along once in a blue Amsterdam moon. The Beatles meets Planet of the Apes. GO APE!

Shirts are US$18 on AA.

New Shirts at Teetonic

Teetonic
The British submission based outfit Teetonic have been rolling out some nice updates to their set lately. Their line has acquired an unique feel, even if they do designs from various participants, which is a really nice deal. All tees are £20, and are promised to be of top quality, made from ringspun and combed strands of cotton, and with just a touch of the stretchy stuff for the ladies.

Beautiful/Decay Tees

Beautiful Decay

Stocked Limiteds at Hecklewood

Hecklewood
Our good friends over at Hecklewood Apparel have stocked up their web store with a couple of fresh goodies. I am all over the limited edition reversible Teenage Flytrap bit which is designed by Sam Bland. There is also the issue of their Total Major White Trash print hitting the cotton in a big way. Head over to score yours…
