Back in the day the term Artful Dodger was commonly associated with the two-step genre in British club music, and more spesifically for the whole Bo Selecta thingy with Craig David, but not any more…

I am not sure if there is any connection at all, but these days I only see the name Artful Dodger in conjuction with the New York clothing label called just that. Don’t get me wrong though. I am not sorry at all. These garments are really up my alley. The t-shirts are covered in large scribbly street corner art like designs, and they have the jackets and jeans to match. The whole thing is sorta sofisticated slacker, but scribbled down.
